My Potty Training Mission

I guess Jack (28 months) chasing me around yelling "change me Mommy I soaking wet!" or "I have yucks!" has made me realize that it's time to get him out of diapers.
He has been going on the potty for a while now but only in the morning when he gets up and at night before he goes to bed. The rest of the day has been in his diaper. I have been kind of hesitant about pushing it full force because he doesn't always want to sit on the potty. It usually takes some convincing and sometimes crying. I have had enough though. It's time...I NEED this kid out of diapers yesterday!
The potty training situation is different with Jack than it was with Robbie. With Robbie, I wasn't working and I could stay home and work on potty training all day. Jack, on the other hand, is at school with me 3 mornings a week so I have some unique challenges.
Today was really the first day I went full force with this. Jack went to the store with me this morning and picked out some gummy bears that he will get as a reward. I'm not a huge advocate for pull-ups since they are so similar to diapers, but we tried them out this morning. He peed in them numerous times and pooped once. After his nap I put regular underwear on and he did MUCH better. He only had one accident.
My dilemma is what to do tomorrow morning during school. Do I put him in pull-ups, diaper or underwear? I'm taking his potty to school and I plan on asking him often if he has to go. I do have 9 other children in my class, so this could be difficult.
I have a great little potty that I bought for Robbie when he was training that I have to share: It's the BabyBjorn Potty Chair. I love it. It has a built in splash guard, which is a must for little boys. I purchased the smaller version of this potty to take to school. It's a little smaller and doesn't have the removable bowl.
I really wish my 28 month old was ready to be potty trained! He just doesn't care if he's wet and never wants to sit on the potty.=)
Good luck!
